Friend 1: You have to lower your standards...or you're never gonna find someone worth having.
Friend 2: Well...if I lower my standards...I definitely won't find someone worth having. I'll be settling.
Friend 1: No no no. You'll be...well okay, you will be settling but at least you'll be settling into a relationship and constant sex.
Friend 2: Umm...look. I don't ask for Tyson Beckford or six figures or anything. I ask for good conversation, a sense of humor, the ability to communicate, and an aptitude for being in control of his hormones...or at least the way he handles them.
Friend 1: But you want a man, right?
Friend 2: Yes.
Friend 1: Well...good luck with that. Men are slow, they aren't that funny, they stutter when they lie, and the only thing they even try to control is the TV when the game is on.
Friend 2: Perhaps...but that's only if I lower my standards.
